  • 15 yoga flows accessible to all levels. Each class focuses on different themes such as anxiety, self-worth, setting goals, imposter syndrome, compassion & gratitude.

  • Meditation helps you calm the nervous system down and feel a little more balanced. Each meditation has a theme that will help you feel more grounded & balanced throughout the day.

  • The amazing Lola will guide a yin yoga & sound bath to bring you into conscious relaxation. This holds immense benefits for all those who struggle from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety.

  • Nick will guide an upbeat and challenging HIIT Cardio class to move your body and help you get maximal health benefits in minimal time.

  • In this class you will learn the tools to help you calm down the nervous system when you are feeling anxious.

  • In this workshop we will talk about setting goals & how important this is for growth. You will also receive a workbook that will allow you to get clear and focused on your goals.

  • We breakdown chaturanga and crow pose for you to empower your practice.

  • Plus a multitude of recipes and resources.

What

Each day you'll receive a video and 2-3 tasks on your daily to-do list which ranges from movement classes, meditations, recipes, workbooks and more!

Where

Each daily challenge will be mapped out day-by-day and will be easily accessible via your personal user dashboard.

When

Starts as soon as you register! Do the daily challenge anywhere, and on your schedule and enjoy the progress of a consistent movement & meditation routine! We give you access for a whole year so you can complete this as many times as you like!
