  • 5 Videos explaining more about the emotions that we experience - where they come from and how we can work with them in order to mover through life with a greater sense of peace and a greater understanding of ourselves.

  • A PDF workbook to allow you to journal through the 5 different emotions. Gain a lot of clarity and insight into what you are truly feeling. Allow yourself to process pain use your pain as a great driver for change.

How it works:

What

Gain access to all 5 yoga flows, all 5 meditations & the journaling practice as soon as you register.

Where

The course is mapped out clearly and will be easily accessible via your personal user dashboard.

When

Starts as soon as you register! Take your time to go through the course and repeat the classes as many times as you like. You have 3 months to access all the content so you can really get stuck in and get to grips with the different emotions.
