  • 4 Breathwork practices with guest teacher Jess Wood based on: using the breath to shift energy, coherent breath, down regulating the nervous system & easing anxiety.

  • A PDF to explain the Science behind the breathwork.

How it works:

What

Gain access to all 4 yoga flows and all 4 meditations as soon as you register.

Where

The course is mapped out clearly and will be easily accessible via your personal user dashboard.

When

Starts as soon as you register! Take your time to go through the course and repeat the classes as many times as you like. You have 3 months to access all the content so you can really get stuck in and learn everything in detail.
